So how does it work?
In our first session, we will perform a virtual consultation, complete examination and have you perform several active tests to determine the origin of your pain, determine a functional diagnosis and establish a plan of care. The first session will be 30-60 minutes in duration. Afterwards, we will provide our recommendations for pain management strategies, behavior modifications and any appropriate exercise interventions. Follow-up sessions will be determined based on our mutually designed plan of care and your individualized goals. In follow up sessions, we will review your current health status, including any new and earlier concerns, reassess your rehabilitative exercises and modify any recommendations that were given during your first session.
