Extremity adjustments are chiropractic adjustments in joints that are
not contained in the spine. Whether caused by arthritis, torn or strained muscles, ligaments, or tendons a dysfunctional joint
can be painful and can lead to tissue damage. Extremity adjustments are helpful in treating TMJ, carpal or tarsal tunnel
syndrome, tendonitis, bursitis and plantar fascitis to name a few.
Joint
areas such as hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows and wrists can benefit from specific extremity adjustments.
